What formats are supported for batch upload?+
CSV with a header row matching the standard customer schema. We will publish a JSON Lines option soon.
Is my data used to train shared models?+
No. Your data is isolated per workspace and never used to train models outside of your tenant.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. Subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle from settings.
